Missions and Objectives
Missions
1. To comprehended the 3rd mission of Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, "To nurture creativity and innovativeness and expand the frontiers of technology for betterment of society" where all of us are accountable in endow with knowledge and technology and to the surrounding community. In addition, it is importance of knowledge and information.
2. Application of the technical knowledge and skills embedding with good professional skills are crucial for the UTP Students to confront to the real world of engineering, businesses and socities.
Objectives
1. To modify the PERODUA Viva Elite 1.0L to reduce fuel consumption at the same time reduce the emission of the car and win the competition by way of the combination of the good modifications of the car with the good driving techniques.
2. To gain more knowledge on the car modifications to produce less fuel consumptions within the budgets without compromise the safety decisions.
3. To sharpen the undergraduates in critical thinking skills and maintaining the emotion when facing the vital situations and make the right decisions.
4. To improve the students' abilities and skills in terms of leadership, time management and some other aspects where these are applied to the real society instead of campus community only.
5. To help the surrounding society in terms of development in high-quality academic and technology that has emerged rapidly without any frontier thee days.
